Members Only: GBBC & Bank of England Closed-Door Roundtable

GBBC will host a closed-door roundtable with the Bank of England, co-hosted by Paul Hastings LLP, on Wednesday September 9. The discussion will focus on the Bank’s draft Code of Practice for systemic stablecoin issuers, and will provide GBBC members with an opportunity to engage directly with the Bank on the detailed provisions of the draft Code and its practical implications for firms. Attendees will also be invited to share views on the recently published joint regulatory approach to systemic stablecoin issuers.
