Europe’s digital-asset landscape has evolved significantly, with the EU now moving from establishing the regulatory foundations to supporting responsible adoption and market growth. As blockchain, tokenisation and digital assets become increasingly integrated into the financial system and wider economy, Europe faces an opportunity to strengthen its position as a global hub for digital innovation.
The GBBC-hosted dialogue at the European Parliament will bring together policymakers and industry leaders to discuss the opportunities ahead for Europe’s digital-asset ecosystem and how the EU can support innovation, investment and competitiveness. The event is hosted under the patronage of MEP Borys Budka, Chair of the ITRE Committee.
