The Regulatory Council
The Regulatory Council is a regulatory knowledge exchange initiative launched in collaboration with two co-chairs, GBBC's former IFC-Milken Institute Capital Markets Program Scholars Kefa Ngoiri (Capital Markets Authority-Kenya) and Ime Ekong (SEC-Nigeria).
The Regulatory Council meets monthly to discuss current issues and update each other on the different country's initiatives and approaches in digital assets markets regulations and supervision. The meetings are open by invitation to regulators, central bankers, and other government officials.
