Jeff brings deep government, regulatory, and financial expertise, having served as a senior official at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission where he led oversight of global market infrastructure, fintech innovation (as founding director of LabCFTC), and international regulatory negotiations, alongside prior experience as a financial executive in New York and London.

Composed of distinguished leaders in blockchain, digital assets, law and regulation, education, and artificial intelligence (AI), GBBC’s Board of Directors is set to steer GBBC toward the future of technological convergence and adoption of standards.

In recognition of his exceptional efforts, support, and pioneering contributions, GBBC is pleased to present David with the Distinguished Leadership Award this week at GBBC’s 9th Annual Blockchain Central Davos.
