GBBC London Member Roundtable: From Consultation to Implementation: What’s Next for the UK Cryptoasset Regime?

On 18 November, GBBC and Clifford Chance will convene a member roundtable to take stock of the UK’s cryptoasset roadmap in the immediate wake of FCA CP25/25 submissions and ahead of expected HMT/BoE milestones. We will focus concrete implementation questions from member firms and identify near-term asks for UK policymakers. We will also discuss transitional pathways to authorization, custody and stablecoin frameworks, and the practicalities associated with the upcoming regulatory regime changes in 2026.
