ACI’s Inaugural Forum on Payment Stablecoins: Law, Licensing & Compliance

On January 30, ACI will host its Inaugural Forum on Payment Stablecoins: Law, Licensing & Compliance, a virtual interactive program structured to guide industry participants with navigating compliance, licensing and cross-border risk in the rapidly evolving stablecoin landscape.

This forum will offer insights into the implications of the GENIUS Act and how new federal stablecoin frameworks are shaping regulatory expectations for reserves, AML, and cross-border compliance while uniting regulators, financial institutions, and legal experts to translate statute into practical playbooks for 2026 and beyond.
