ABAC-ILI-APFF-APIP Hybrid Finance Roundtable

GBBC CEO Sandra Ro will participate in the ABAC-ILI-APFF Hybrid Finance Roundtable: “Legal and Regulatory Enablers of Digital Finance in the Asia-Pacific Region,” co-organized by the APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC), International Law Institute (ILI), and Asia-Pacific Financial Forum (APFF). This roundtable convenes policymakers, industry leaders, and experts to examine how emerging technologies, including AI, blockchain, and quantum computing, are transforming financial services and shaping regulatory priorities across the Asia-Pacific region.

Sandra will moderate the panel “Quantum Computing - Current State of Play, Regulatory Challenges and Future Directions,” exploring the evolving capabilities of quantum technologies, their implications for digital finance and cybersecurity, and the regulatory considerations needed to support innovation while managing emerging risks in the global financial system.
