Anne-Marie Kelley is a Partner at Mercury Strategies, a consulting firm located in Washington, D.C. Before starting at Mercury Strategies in 2021, she distinguished herself as a political appointee at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Notably unique among her peers, Ms. Kelley's career at the SEC extended across five Administrations and encompassed the tenures of nine Chairs and Acting Chairs, reflecting her exceptional ability to foster bipartisan relationships.

Throughout her 14-year tenure at the SEC, she played a pivotal role in nearly all significant financial regulatory initiatives, rulemakings, and legislative efforts. Her roles at the SEC included Deputy Director of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs and Senior Advisor to Chair Mary Jo White.
