Copenhagen Democracy Summit 2020

The Copenhagen Democracy Summit 2020 is a two-day event that will now take place virtually on the 18-19th of June.

On Thursday, June 18th from 14:00 – 16:30 CET, we will dedicate several sessions to bolstering the work of democracy activists from around the globe in collaboration with our democracy partner organisations: International Republican Institute (IRI), National Democratic Institute (NDI), George W. Bush Institute, and the European Endowment for Democracy (EED).

On Friday, June 19th from 13:00 – 17:30 CET, we will focus on the global state of democracy amidst COVID-19 including US leadership and the upcoming 2020 elections and interference, the growing role of Artificial Intelligence, technology and how responsible business can support democratic values. Once again, we will launch the Democracy Perception Index taking the pulse on democracy globally.
