Lia Kizilián is the Founding Partner of Protocol Investments, an advisory and investment firm with $1.6B in executed contracts. Lia’s previous work with the Clinton Foundation and Bloomberg Philanthropies in reducing the carbon emissions of 60 global megacities catalyzed her focus on building healthy communities - an integral part of our hyperconnected, biophilic world.

A digital asset and VR evangelist, Lia published DARPA funded research at the Institute for Creative Technologies in 2010 and was an Entrepreneur in Residence at TED. She is a frequent speaker on the topics of futurism, web3 and community with prior speaking engagements at TED, NASA, Google, and MIT. She led the largest collective augmented reality experience at NASA's ICE-SAT II launch, a satellite mission for measuring ice and tree height. 

In a past life, Lia was a music industry management professional who toured with Bon Jovi, Paul McCartney, and The Rolling Stones. A serial entrepreneur and systems thinker, she is deeply vested in architecting the intersection of technology and humanity to build a more compassionate world. Most recently, Lia built the Association of Armenian Family Offices, serves as a board member for several startups, and is writing her upcoming book.
